ORCID, Inc.
The ORCID initiative has officially launched as a non-profit organization, ORCID, Inc. The organization is managed by a Board of Directors, comprised of fourteen members of the global scholarly research community. To date, ORCID has attracted support from more than 115 organizations in academic, corporate, government, association and publisher industries around the world.
